CGC 2026 Poster Presentation Instructions

All posters will have both in-person and virtual presentations.

Preparing Your On-Site Poster Content:

  • Poster size is 36 inches wide (3 feet) and 48 inches high (4 feet), in portrait orientation.
  • Posters that do not adhere to this size will compromise the space of other posters presented by their colleagues.
  • If you are only attending the meeting virtually, we will only have a poster board space for your poster if you let us know in advance at meetings@cancergenomics.org that someone is bringing the physical poster to the meeting.
  • We ask that all poster presenters provide a virtual poster (pdf of your poster) for our online audience.

Preparing Your Virtual Poster Content:

  • Poster size is 36 inches wide (3 feet) and 48 inches high (4 feet), in portrait orientation.
  • Please submit a pdf of your poster by July 9, 2026 so that your virtual poster session page content can be constructed.
  • Your virtual poster session page will also include your photo and bio.
  • Please name your poster as follows:

        o   Your Last Name - First few words of the title
        o   File Name Example 1: Raca - Poster - PAX5 partial tandem duplication in pediatric B-ALL
        o   File Name Example 2: Wolff - Poster - Near-haploidization molecularly defines
        o   If you do not use this naming system, it may be difficult to find and place your file correctly.

CGC 2026 Poster Timeline


  • Thursday, July 9
    Last day to Submit a pdf of your poster for inclusion on the online platform

  • Sunday, August 2
    Poster boards and pins will be available at the meeting venue at 9:00 am. Please have your poster in place in the CGC 2026 Exhibit Hall by 3 pm.

  • Monday, August 3
    CGC Poster Sessions:     We ask that you are with your poster during this time for questions from attendees.

    5:00 pm – 5:45 pm
    (Odd numbered posters)

    5:45 pm – 6:30 pm
    (Even numbered posters)

    Exhibitor Posters are not numbered and exhibitors may select either time to present their posters.
