Industry Support Information

The Cancer Genomics Consortium (CGC) will hold its 15th Annual Meeting August 4 - 7, 2024 in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2023, the CGC hosted its second hybrid meeting with more than 400 participants representing 20 countries. We welcomed 292 people in St. Louis and an additional 114 people joined the meeting virtually. In the summer of 2024, we will continue the hybrid (in-person + virtual) format that will feature in-person platform presentations, workshops, networking sessions, an exhibit hall, poster sessions, round table discussions, the science café and other interactive opportunities with our industry supporters. We will also provide virtual content streaming, live virtual Q&A, and CME and PACE credit for all attendees.

  • Clinical Applications of Genome Sequencing, Microarray and Genome Mapping Approaches

  • Clinical Interpretation of Sequence and Copy Number Variants

  • Bioinformatics, Clinical Pipelines, Databases, and Data Sharing for Publication

  • Invited presentations from leading clinical laboratory directors, geneticists, oncologists, pathologists, and bioinformaticians

  • Workshops to Showcase Challenging/Teaching cases

  • Improving equity in access to genomic testing

The CGC Annual Meeting is the preeminent gathering for laboratorians, clinicians and researchers with a shared interest in early adoption, performance and interpretation of leading-edge technology for cancer and constitutional genomics.  The collegiality of the Cancer Genomics Consortium provides a unique educational opportunity to advance clinical diagnostics using genomic technologies (FISH, microarray, massively parallel sequencing, etc.) and to improve the data processing that accompanies these technologies.
