* To ensure the safety of all attendees, in-person participants are required to be "fully vaccinated" and provide proof of a negative test taken within 48 hours prior to arrival. Masks and physical distancing will be required per local and CDC regulations and guidelines. These requirements are subject to change following the current scientific guidance.

Additional information about 2022 CGC membership can be found HERE. CGC membership extends for a calendar year from January through December. Annual CGC membership dues are as follows:
  • Doctoral / Affiliate Membership Dues   $100 / year
  • Technologist Membership Dues           $  75 / year
  • Trainee Membership Dues                   $  50 / year
If you are already a 2022 CGC member, registration pricing for your membership category will automatically be applied as you register for the 2022 Annual Meeting. Please register with the email address used to log into the CGC membership portal to ensure the automatic connection.

If you are not a CGC member, and would like to become a member and register for the conference, you will be given an option to become a member as you register.

  • Registration fees can be paid using a credit card or a check.
  • The CGC processes credit card payments through PayPal and you will receive a receipt shortly after your transaction is complete. You do not have to have a PayPal account to register with a credit card. 
  • If you choose to pay by check, please choose the "check" option as you register, and make your check payable to "Cancer Genomics Consortium". Please mail your check within one week of your registration to: Cancer Genomics Consortium, PO Box 304, Rochester, MN 55903

If you need to cancel your registration, please email
  • A $25 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received before July 1, 2022.
  • After July 1, 2022, refunds of fees cannot be made.
